Display unit upgrades

Just wondered what the possibility is to upgrade the display unit in an NG 9-5 to the sat/nav style? Most cars seem to have the sort of SiD style display rather than the screen.

Lots of discussion on the 2 NG9-5 groups on FB about replacing the standard unit with an Android set up.  How viable it is to do it from a Green Screen set up I don't know, but I guess most of us who've got the colour screen want to get away from the Belgium  default and out of date maps.....
