Hi there,

Is there any way that I can set my messaging system that it retains the sent messages in the chain automatically?

I know I can click the check box each time, but often I forget, which means I only end up with the replies - and then I have to try to work out what I said/asked!!!!!!!!

In My Messages / Preferences / Change Settings:

tick the box next to 'Save a copy of each personal message in my sent items by default. '"

Done!!!

Let's see if that works.

It would be good if this was the default, and you could switch it off if you want to (but I doubt people would switch it off by choice).
