Do I have sport suspension or standard?

Hi Im trying to find out if my 9-5 has standard or sport suspension I just got it and Im trying to get parts for it. It is a 2008 9-5 2.3t.

Have a look at the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) label which is stuck at the bottom of the middle door pillar on the left hand side (UK passenger) of the car.  There will be a row of codes along the bottom of the label.  These are the codes of the suspension and brakes fitted at the factory.

If you tell us the codes, we should be able to decode them for you.

The picture shows the label on my 2007 Aero 9-5 estate.

Sadly it's not conclusive.  Only the anti-roll bars are listed as "sports chassis", but Saaba are notorious for mixing and matching parts and not changing the description.  My feeling is that you have standard suspension as the parts list has other springs and dampers for your year shown as "sports chassis".  The codes in the picture I posted, are from my 2006 Aero estate which has the sport chassis.
