Can anyone with EPC please give me the part number for the fuel line that runs from the pump to the fuel filter on a 2006 petrol... The end of the filer has snapped off in mine so it looks like I'm going to have to drop the tank and replace that pipe..! Thanks in advance

Merry Christmas from me aswell... Not been around for a while but I've still got a Saab 👍

I'd remove the paint with a bit of wet and dry as too much build up can affect sensors, then keep the sides where the sealing ring sits clear of paint as again a build up here prevents the sensors working right. Light coat and a bit of laquer and you'll be ok  :)

I'd very much doubt it would be both ballast packs have failed they are pretty much bullet proof, is it both lamps flickering?? if not swop ballasts from side to side to see if it transfers the problem? If both sides I'd be thinking more along the lines of a wiring fault or earth fault

the B207(petrol) turbo engine, waterpump is chain driven.the diesel and 1.8 N/A engine &  2.8 petrol is belt driven..

Not quite, 2.8 petrol is chain driven.  ;)

The 2.8 engine may be chain driven but is the waterpump on the 2.8? or is it driven by the belt as I suspect aerojon implied  :)

Mine must be broken as I've never seen anything over 37ish and thats driving it like a girl on a long run  ::) I'm usually in the low 20's  :'(

I've just bought some Quantum (VW own brand) screen wash through our local VW/Audi trade parts supplier for £2.69 for 5ltrs of concentrate  ;D

I've only had one scary moment in mine and that was due to a diesel spillage on the road :o

I was looking for the 'LIKE' button then  ;D

NICE!
What a great color too. We never got that down here. I thought Merlot was good but yours looks fabulous. What's the name of the color?

If you mean mine it's called Fusion Blue, colour code 300. The car came from factory with the exterior door handles colour coded so it seemed like the right thing to do making all the black coloured mouldings the same colour, I can't understand why Saab never did it (apart from on the older style 9-3ss cab that had the facelift front end) as most manufacturers have non-painted door/bumper moulds on base models and then colour code them on higher spec ones. I think it improves the looks and also makes it look more modern  :)

Does the light come on at start up? or later? have you checked the SAI pump runs at a cold start, I'd be checking the pump is actually working as this is what failed on my old 9-3.

The valve itself may be ok but the SAI pump could have died due to water getting into it, I wouldn't think this is why your CEL is on though as this would come on at start up. Do you have live readings on your scanner to see what the Lambda probes are doing?

I have painted the odd bit on mine but in the body colour, I think it looks good  8)
