Sportwagon Rear Windows
« on: 19 June 2012, 11:02:23 PM »
I've noticed that the top trim and seals on the rear door windows seem to be getting pulled down in the middle.

Got the windows down and reseated them as best I can and they look properly in place, but dip again after the windows have been used for a bit.

Anyone seen something similar? Don't think it's causing a problem, just doesn't look good and it's bloody annoying!

Have you tried some silicone spray on the rubber to stop it sticking to the glass?

Thanks, might give it a go. Don't use them much myself, mainly drop them down in winter to demist them. Also, car came from Scotland previously so don't suppose they were open then much either.

Something polishy on glass and seals, reseat and see how it goes.
