The latest addition : 2003 - 93 Aero

and of course, Our Gracie - 1972 96 with just over twelve and a half thousand miles,

and not forgetting our 1997 9000 2.3t anniversary.

Also in the fleet was a 1995 9000 V6 3.0 CSE, and

a 1990 Bedford Bambi Mark 2

...but the last two have recently been sold. The fleet was growing while I wasn't really looking, and needed to be reduced (on pain of. etc...)

Branthamal here,

IE Al from Brantham :-)

Longtime Saabista and fortunate to be 3 miles away from Abbott Racing and have been for years.

On eleventh consecutive Saab but still can't do much more than check tyre pressures :-(

Cars;

(Damn, can't figure how to edit below the images. I was only joking - they're naturally not mine)

White (yes, white - this is probably enough for people to identify me even if I were to use a pseudonym...  ;)) CSE 2.3T auto, first reg. 6 Jan 1993, bought Nov '99 @ 67kkm, now about 145kkm (i.e. like me, it ought to get out more). It's white. Special feature (apart from being white): no-cost optional pure new Italian wool upholstery. Wheels: I'll have to look that one up, but they're the nearest I could get to the classic Turbo wheels I had on my previous 9ki (white).

Welcome Harry  ;D  Don't suppose you've done that report yet  ;) ;D ;D

Hi,

I have a 1999 9-5 2.3 lpt, absoultely love it.

Bought is as a run around that will fit alot in and have grown to really like it, one issue that it isn't very fast but you have to live with comprimises in life.

Cheers

Jon

Hi,  Where there's free SAAB advice - I'll  be there...

MY2000 95 SE (Airflow kit/blue/cream leather) with a poultry 78k on the clock but sadly demoted to the 2nd car but that means its my run around  ;D as the whole family no longer fits in.  I'll be passing this on to the kids in 11yrs time so i hope (estimated mileage 100k)! (erm, or maybe not as it would probably be classed as a classic then rather than now and worth a few bob more??)

Good luck with the new forum and i hope this becomes just as big as SS.

Could be...  Ideally I'd keep both, but think we might need some ££'s to persuade the 9-5 to kick its smoking habit  ;D

Ye Olde World GM900 XS Auto 1997,(still)....10 years and counting.123000 miles, still smooth and surprisingly quick.
"The Hippo",.......grey ,rounded, fat,(like its keeper ) but  with a really bad attitude unless wet.
Everyone hates it,so I, naturally, love it.Its supposed to have been replaced, but I can`t find anything suitable or "Stealth Hooligan" enough
so here it will stay for the time being.

1989 c900 T16S, Odorado grey.
Made one or two changes which I hope improve the car, such as addition of T5 engine management, 9000 front brakes and a couple of other odds and ends.

Had it for around 6 years, no longer my daily driver. Other cars are 2004 Renault Laguna (a surprisingly good car) and a 2000 TD5 Discovery (which I hated when we bought it, there were so many things wrong with it, now I really quite like it - after a heck of a lot of sorting out!).

2000 9-5 Aero estate. Well used, but still a pleasure to be transported in :).
