Elk Parts

Hi everyone, new to the Saab scene. Don`t really want my first post to be on a negative note but was wondering if anyone here has had any problems with Elk Parts? I ordered some parts online which were 7-10 days delivery, I got an automated email saying they were dispatched but 3 weeks later no sign of them and they won`t answer my telephone calls or emails? Would anyone have alternative contact details for them other than the ones off the website?

I had quite a few parts form Elk and never had any issues,so can't help with other contact details.

I've had probably upwards of 12 orders over 4yrs from these guys and never had cause for concern.  I suspect yours is a one off.  Cant help with any other contact details i'm afraid.

Used them a number of times over the years, never had a problem.

I really find it hard to believe they have ignored your calls and emails? Never had a problem with them and there customer services are first class from my experiences

Believe me, after a dozen phone calls leaving voicemail messages and emails I would class their customer service as anything but first class.

There is now a note on their website saying they ceased trading at the end of June.
