hi,ive got some sapphire 4x4 cosworth bonnet vents im going to put on my car.has anyone on here fitted vents before,if they have, some addvice and pictures would be a great help.

Never seen it done, but with the Saab bonnet being allumnium and a cossie bonnet steel if your going to cut them in you would need the aperture from the old bonnet to do it properly, now normaly you would just spot weld the aperture onto the bonnet (mig would create too much heat) but ally and steel don't mix either for welding purposes or for cross contamination.
If your going down this route I'd use panel bond to stick the two together and also be careful when cutting out the hole as you could easily distort your £300 Saab bonnet
