SiD and green screen display brightness
« on: 23 July 2018, 10:58:06 PM »
I was out in the Aero earlier, and noticed that the display brightness on both the SiD and the green screen on the audio control panel seemed to dim from time to time. It was daylight, so I didn't have the headlights on (when I do put them on the displays are nice and bright ;) )

Any thoughts? Aircon was running low speed, and I was playing music from my phone through the Aux input at the time...…..

there are sensors that measure the amount of light and adjust the display accordingly...locations are within the dome on the top of the dash and in the icm panel..

Sivanagi, you may indeed :)

Hi Jon,

ah so this is probably quite normal? I had never noticed it before, and was wondering it something else was draining the battery, or affecting the alternator etc?
