Classic Saab 9-5 (MY 1998-2010) / Exhaust prices

I need a new exhaust for my 02 Aero estate soon. 
Have been looking at the various options and with things as tight as they are cant afford one of these very nice stainless systems.
Looked at the usual suppliers and my local factors and all seem to want several hundred £££ for a cat back system. My local exhaust centre wanted £450
I have had a look on German Ebay and I can get a complete system for about £130 including the shipping.
Are these systems available here in the UK? I purchased one a few years back for my 9000 Aero from Germany and the quality seemed good and was still OK after a couple of years.
Are all 4 cylinder exhaust systems the same apart from the tail pipe trim?
