no power to ice aerial
« on: 23 September 2016, 08:01:47 AM »
Fuse is fine, rear boot light has power but no power going to electric aerial, have tested electrical connection that goes directly to aerial in boot and it's completely dead, any ideas where to check next please ? Thanks in advance
SAAB is a SAAB, wether it be a GM, Lancia/Fiat or a V4 with a Ford Taunus engine in it, SAAB.

Have you checked the connection on at the head unit?

Yes, everything seems as it should be, I'm going to be pulling the dash out today at sometime and check for any snags or pulls in the wire, my tech2 is awaiting a new vci unit so I'm not able to run a diagnostics on it, wether it would show that it not is another thing though...

No joy whatsoever, radio connections are all fine, puzzled to say the least
