Most impressed with the RDS facility - nice yesterday to sit in the car and watch the clock update to winter time. Would like the display to be in 24hr mode though - can't see anything in the owner's manual to show if this can be done.

I thought the display option was in the SID options. Press the "Customize" button and then twiddle and push your way through the menu.
I'm sure that the colock in my wife's car is 24 hr. She's driving me this afternoon. I'll try and remember to look!!

I'm fairly certain that there's an option in the SID menu on 03-06 cars and you can set it to 24 hour mode in the settings on the radio for the 07 onwards models.

I've just had a look at her car. It's a 2003 model with the earlier dashboard (2003-2006). The only way I can see to get a 24 hr clock showing in the SID is to go to the"Customize" menu, scroll down to "System Settings" and choose "Metric". The clock changes from 2.15 PM to 14.15. But the DTE and other stuff turns to Kilometres
I 'll have another look through the radio settings later.

I've gone through every setting I can find in my 55 plate and no joy in getting 24hours
Is there a way to reset mpg aswell? Mines being showing 23mpg since 5 minutes after buying it earlier this year.

Had a look at the radio settings - nothing there.
mpg can be reset with the clear button. Press and hold until it beeps. (I'm not getting confused with my 9-5 am I?)

I held it on for 30 seconds but nothing happened
Ignore that, it's now cleared, very strange

Goto settings
Select set clock by RDS
Make sure you tune to a major FM radio station
Should update in a minute or so

I checked a car yesterday, it seems the only way to get a 24 hour clock in an 03-06 car is to set your sid to use metric units. I'm still pretty certain that in the settings panel on the 07- 9-3 that you can change the clock to 24 hour.
