How to zero the bottom right hand trip on an Edna

I must be missing something really obvious... other than disconnecting the battery, how do you zero the trip counter in the bottom right hand corner of the dash display opposite the mileometer

Have you tried pressing it and holding it down for a few long seconds?

I just press the button on the instrument panel.  Mine is very sensitive.  I can zero the trip just by gently wiping the glass clean.

The button is miles away from the trip.  Over here by the tachometer...

The other oddities with that SID display is that you can only alter the language/metric/imperial settings by turning on the ignition, but not starting the car.  And when clearing the "Time for service" message, you hold the CLR button on the steering wheel for several seconds, as before, but after getting the "Cleared" message, the normal display comes back while you are waiting, making it look as if it's failed.  But keep holding and"Serviced" appears!!

I'd not spotted the reset button on the left! Will look when I go out in a bit.

It is indeed there as per the pic above but it was masked by the headlight on lamp...
