Customer Service Desk / Viewing 'sent' messages

How do you save 'sent' PMs?

I've sent a couple recently, and when for instance a reply is received, I want to refer back to what i'd sent my 'Sent messages' box is always empty.

What am I doing wrong, please?

Think I might be on it, being nosey in the background!

They're at Silverstone, for the Britcar 24hr race, and doing the 24 hrs on a fantastic simulator set up in one of the pit garages.  We kept going back to see how they were getting on.................

Before the presenters arrived, we were watching the techy set it up, and I blagged a session on it for my son-in-law, who's really into computer games - but this was something else, he said, he used the 3D setup which wasn't used for the show, as it couldn't be filmed properly.

Nathan was the only member of the public to be allowed on it all weekend!

Spare a thought for the Baxlin family over the next few days, please.

  Our 4 year old grand-daughter Sophie has gone into Birmingham Children's Hospital today for the first of two major heart operations to correct the plumbing which is the wrong way round.  The op is tomorrow, she'll be in ICU for 24 hrs, then on the ward for at least a week.  We are looking after her 2 yr old sister in the meantime.

Sophie's parents have been given accommodation in the Ronald McDonald House, a facility provided by or through McDonalds. They say it's a wonderful resource, fully equipped kitchen etc.   and they're close to the ward as well.

Saab 9-3 Sport Saloon / Convertible / Combi (Wagon/Estate) / Turbo X / AWD (2003 on) / Aircon control panel illumination - 06 Linear vert

My vert has the lower spec heater/aircon rather than ACC, and the left-hand half of the control panel now fails to illuminate.  I understand how to remove the panel, but anyone know how to replace the bulb, or LED or whatever provides the light, please?
