1989 c900 T16S, Odorado grey.
Made one or two changes which I hope improve the car, such as addition of T5 engine management, 9000 front brakes and a couple of other odds and ends.

Had it for around 6 years, no longer my daily driver. Other cars are 2004 Renault Laguna (a surprisingly good car) and a 2000 TD5 Discovery (which I hated when we bought it, there were so many things wrong with it, now I really quite like it - after a heck of a lot of sorting out!).

If it's Lucas, it needs an incoming speed signal - mine used to stall a lot, I was convinced I had some kind of vac problem, but once I replaced the speedo cable that had recently broken, hey presto, all was well!

So, before you go changing your vac hoses, idle air control valve, AMM etc etc, does your speedo work?

Failing that, I too would start by replacing the vac hoses.
