Believe me, after a dozen phone calls leaving voicemail messages and emails I would class their customer service as anything but first class.

Hi everyone, new to the Saab scene. Don`t really want my first post to be on a negative note but was wondering if anyone here has had any problems with Elk Parts? I ordered some parts online which were 7-10 days delivery, I got an automated email saying they were dispatched but 3 weeks later no sign of them and they won`t answer my telephone calls or emails? Would anyone have alternative contact details for them other than the ones off the website?
