Does anybody know where Bank 4 Sensor 4 is?   2006 93 Aero

Bank 1 Sensor 1/2 are before and after cat but I'm buggered if I can find where Bank 4 is.  I wonder if its a generic code?


The error is;

O2 Bank 4 Sensor 4

found one on neobros marked as 301mm which I'm assuming is a typo.  And also a few on here http://www.carpartsconnexion.com/ which are from the sales franchises.  Usually though when you call the dealer you have to say you have seen it on CPC advertised at such price.

In honesty I've never swapped a piston (except on 10yr old hope mtn bike calipers), so I was just gona buy a caliper, wire brush it, paint it, and throw it on.

Piston has chipped away at the end.

Can I find a calliper anywhere, no.  Have checked saab & vectra forums and...well everywhere.

If anyone can help source or point me in the direction off, it would be most appreciable.

Alternatively, are their any decent callipers which will replace OEMs that don't cost a fortune and I can keep the 302mm discs.

24.9 MPG   2006 93 Aero.     Whatmpg.co.uk say combined is 34.9 (was morgan freeman driving miss daisy for this test)

just doing a 3000 seat w7sp1 deployment and have never seen this even when we did the original builds.

AV suggestion; use the microsoft stuff.  I was using corporate mcafee and bitdefender (seperatley) and neither have ever picked up as much as the windows stuff does. I ended up having to exclude all my CEH and CHFI and other dodgy folders so the tools didnt get scrubbed.  MS's AV is on the ball as they're are not writing 'happychristmas' messages in viruses to other AV houses like symantec and mcafee do.

got some front pagid discs and pads today from ECP for £95, the ultimax discs were £168 alone...  Sorted the problem.

The EBC Ultimax's had high spots all over them approx 1" apart up and down the height of the disc, annoyed concidering the cost of them, I'd like to get them turned as they've only been on for 10 months.  When I say high spots I'm talking get the micrometer out, in all honesty I'm super pissed and refuse to throw nearly 170 quids with of disc in the bin.

Only thing to do now is sort out my 2 year old vibration / knocking coming up through steering wheel from somewhere.

or any US old skool V8, the kind that make your insides move when you start the engine.  I'll be like grandpa in 'Lost Boys' just start it up once in while and listen to it growl.

hello all from the old forum. 

I'm getting tremendous vibration under braking, now both front discs are showing areas of rubbing and the sterring wheel under braking is all over the place, tracking is apparantley bop on.  The discs are less than 12 months old EBC Ultimax with Red pads.

I'm thinking this could be the anti roll bar as it took a beating some time ago, what are your thoughts? 

I'm gona whip the fronts off either later tonight or tomorrow and check the discs for any any sign of warping which I reckon is unlikely but its worth a check.
