Has anyone had any experience of fitting a non-genuine pollen filer to their 9-5.  There seems to be a lot of generic makes for sale on that well know internet auction site at a much more reasonable price than the genuine article.

I've fitted many in the past. Used to offer people a choice when servicing as genuine being £40 and aftermarket being £10 made it a popular choice with many people. Never had any real issues with any aftermarket but i would advise buying from a Saab specialist retailer as they are less likely to sell something that won't work.
