I managed to watch the practices, qualifiers, and last week race via the software Sopcast. But it wasn't an English commentary. So I turned the sound down in Sopcast and used the online Radio 5 commentary instead.
By the way, if you do decide to try the same, make sure that you set Sopcast for XP compatibility if you are using Windows 7.
