EBC claim to be theworld's biggest brake manufacturer...

I still have some doubts over their quality control and/or marketing.  Hopefully it has improved in the last few years, but I still have one or two concerns.  I had a bad experience a few years ago when the brake pad material on some Greenstuff pads came detached, all in one go, and left me with no brakes and metal to metal contact when they had been pumped back up.

There is now a consensus that Greenstuff pads are unsuitable for heavy cars like Saabs, but I stlll see them being offered in that application!

Some others have had problems with Redstuff pads and EBC discs, but again it was a year or so ago.

On the other hand there seem to be good reports of Yellowstuff pads.

It happened in London as I manoeuvred at less than 5 mph.... phew!  Monday morning in a traffic jam on the way to work.

Two days before I was doing 140mph along the autobahn on my way back from Vienna to the Channel Tunnel! :o :o

In the motorsport trade, EBC are commonly called "Every Bloody Colour". Make of that what you will...

I've tried Greenstuff and Redstuff and not been impressed. Although I haven't tried them myself, I have however heard good reports from sources I trust that Yellowstuff are OK. Dusty though.

I wouldn't recommend their discs though. Triumph of bling and image over performance IMO.

The recommended combination is Ferodo DS2500 pads on Brembo plain discs.  You'll not get anything better.  Believe me, I've tried.
