I've just seen this in fleagay.
It seems ok but has anyone had any experience with these.
Plus they're 5mins up the road from me.

Fairly sure you can't tune T5 from the OBD port- it's only later versions of T7 cars that have this ability.

I've emailed them so will post when message received.
They're 5mins up the road from me so I can call their bluff and go there and ask to see the results.
