Heated seats

Just in case I ever get the 9-5 running OK, I noticed that all the wiring is in place for heated seats just needed the switches putting in, but doesn't seem to work, is it a tech2 switching on thing ?

Are the heated pads actually fitted in the seats? The wiring loom is very often present but the bits that are missing are the pads in the seats and the switches.

Will have to have a proper look seemed that all the wires were there as you say but maybe no heated pad, what does heated pad look like? Is it built into seat so you can't see it?
