Those front seats

So I have the manual non heated front seats in my Aero.

I'm not too bothered about the heated seats, but did they ever make non heated electric seats? And if so, are they a straightforward retrofit?

I don't know, but the seats are the same. the heated seats just have heating pads stuck under the seat cover and a wire to the loom underneath.

There are two electric seat systems, just the driver's seat with the elecric adjuster switches, and the memory driver's seat with the eelcetric passenger seat (non-memory).

I think that the driver's seat just needs an electric feed, but if you fit the memory electric seat, you need them adding with Tech2 as far as I can see, the I-Bus signal is needed to move the mirrors and recognise the other stuff.

Is the wiring for electric seats likely to be there on a car with manual seats?

Probably not. But the seats only really need power as far as I can see.  The switches are on the seat.  If you get a memory seat and an electric passenger seat, the wiring is a bit more complex, but not seriously, as far as I can see. The control module is in the memory seat.

The heater seat is probably more difficult because the switching is in the panel on the dashboard and you need a new panel, and wiring.
