Window screen washer motor, grommet/rubber washer part

Hi all,
       I've recently replaced my window screen washer and may possibly threw out the rubber washer that sits between the washer motor and water tank (stops any leaks.  Does anybody know where I can source one from or sizes or even anything that will substitute?

sorry to hear  that - was it an 'O' ring type of seal? (I'm not familiar with that particular one)

If it was an 'O' ring type, what I have done is, rather than track down a specific sized O ring, I went on eBay and bought a whole box of seals of different sizes. That way if anything needed replacing or changing in future I already had it to hand...

Yes, it's an O ring.

Thanks, from memory it was like a grommit, if that makes sense.

Will an o ring suffice??  We have a b&q and halfords next to each other Ill try there.

Yes, I know the bit you mean, and I think you are right.
I must pay more attention when taking things apart.
