You have to go to dealer and ask service advisor if they would submit a SCR(special consideration report) for you, most of the time they are paid for or at least you may get a percentage paid for, however it largely depends on how long you've had the car and weather you've supported the saab network, ie had car serviced at correct intervals and at a saab dealer, this is called supporting the network and therefore you may receive goodwill.
This rule generally applies to all vehicle manufacturers not just saab!
