Magic Cupholder

Oh no, I've broken my magic cupholder! I assume to replace it unscrews from the back, just have to take SID and the radio out to access?

I did this and after full replacement the SID never worked properly again, careful.

I wrote a reply yesterday and it seems to have disappeared :(

I would take the front dash panel right off.  If you already have the SID, Radio and ACC removed, you just have to push out the switches from behind and undo six crews (two or three more if you make more space by removing the steering column surround).  Just doing it through the radio hole is very tricky as access is tight with the holder and screws sandwiched between two flanges.  A dropped screw may disappear into the bowels and rattle about forever...

You may be able to get a figer in from below if you pull the carpet away from the side of the centre tunnel
