Why is the dump valve on a late C900 so ****ing hard to get to?

Any tips for how to approach it / what to remove to get to it?

Take the pipes from the turbo to IC and air filter off first (the lower one has the valve plumbed into it anyway, doesn't it?). Bit of a fuss IIRC because of the various bits of plumbing for the crank vent but at least you'll get better access to the beastie.

I changed the dump valve on ours a few years ago and once you have removed the pipes as described above it's not that difficult. It just looks it before you start.
