Title: Rain leaking into spare wheel well. 9.3 convertible
Post by: Amalfi on 27 January 2013, 06:53:59 PM
Recently become the owner of a 2006 9.3 Aero convertible. Loving the car so far but find spare wheel well full of water after periods of rain. Water is always clean and boot carpet is dry. Can anyone suggest how this might be getting in, and if so, how to stop it?

Check the seal around the tonneau cover.

Ours was letting water in on the drivers side just at the 90 degree bend in the seal.

Was worse if the car was parked at an angle.

There is a mastic fixing kit available from Saab.....
