Over on Saabcentral, someone has posted a link to downloads for WIS and EPC that work with 64 bit machines:
http://www.saabcentral.com/forums/showthread.php?t=551705&page=4
I've downloaded them both and they work fine on Win7 64 bit after a restart.
There's instructions for changing WIS to English on page 1 of the thread. Thereafter, if you create a new user then select that instead of default when it starts up, it will always be in English.
Thanks Phoenix - looks like people have got it working on Win10 as well and he's doing a new EXE file version with newer models in it. All good
I've made this topic sticky as this may prove really useful as fewer people have Windows XP.
Has anyone checked these downloads for viruses?

They've been flagged as cleaqn by my machine (avast)
I've scanned it and nothing obviously nasty found. Of course if someone has put something specific in there you can't tell but that's not really much different from most copies of WIS or EPC. I have some that I know are clean as they were taken from a genuine Saab borrowed disc but given most people have to resort to a download there's no way of confirming the integrity of the download.
I'd still suggest running it in a virtual machine though.
I'll have a play soon. i have no option other than a virtual machine. I'm using a Mac with an emulator.
Similar for me, all my machines run Linux with Windows VMs for anything that strictly needs it. At least it makes it easy to create images and roll back when necessary.
Windows 10 here, but again I use VMWare for 'risky' stuff
