I have lost main beam latching - works on flasher. Had Tech 2 on it and get open or short circuit fault code in main beam relay circuit. It appears that the power to the relay is not feeding through so the relay will not shut and operate the feed through to the lamps. I can close the relay manually having taken cover off and main beam works. Have tried another DICE module in case but no change. Trying to trace wiring in loom back to DICE and see if there is a break. I need an MOT so for now going to put a switch across the relay terminal and back into the dash with blue warning lamp and garage have said that is fine but i am really looking to resolve the original issue if anyone has any suggestions or has experienced the same?

Poly bush is fine - no harshness and feels a lot more 'positive' in holding the lump steady.

Thanks all - I assume Tech II will indicate if a CD unit has been divorced or not?
ScarbSaab - can't seem to get your link to work.
Had some quotes from brand new unit to second hand inc fitting kit.
Just considering my options.

Just to re-surrect this thread - does the AS3 have an MP3 option as an alternative to me getting the 6CD changer fitted?
I bought a CD player off the bay but do I need the code from that to marry it up to the car or have I shot myself in the foot - if MP3 not an option?THnaks

Ceased trading I believe - great shame as I used them a lot.

If you don't have the special tool lean on it for a bit as you have to overcome the dampening effect and it will slowly retract. Don't forget one of the bolts is opposite thread.

You can get a replacement kit for about £60 and I did have one that lasted about three months - sent back as faulty.
When you fit don't forget to take the dust caps off the pump  ::) and be careful how you take the flower pot out of the tank so as not to bend tha actuator arm.
Pour a kettle of boilering water over the ring and connectors and then have a cup of tea while it cools and thenm mop up the water - help soften up brittle the plastic.
You don't need the special tool - a lot of people use eth water pump pliers but I used large screwdriver and mallet and just knocked it round until it came loose. Pull the fuel connectors VERTICALLY up and not at an angle or you will break them and I found a spray with WD40 helped together with a slight twisting motion back and forth. Pull the locking tabes away slightly - it will become apparent when you look.
Once refitted listen for the pump to prime.
Have you checked fuse adn 12v feed to the pump just to eliminate?
