Not sure how you are reading the 80Ah to see if that is correct as the only way to do that is to run the battery down and measure the time against a load.
As others have said, the cold crank capacity is the issue and it sounds like the battery is at fault. A full charge in under a hour is also a sign of a faulty battery, it is basically not taking a charge.
