Best place to start looking for a coolant leak?

There's a couple of water pipes that connect to the LPG system (one in one out) and they've been T'd into the pipe that runs from the engine to the bulkhead (heater?), the pipe from the engine had a split in it right around where the jubilee clip has been fastened.

Obviously not enough to leak when just left on idle, but after a 20 minute journey at 40mph on the M60 and the system now has some pressure in it, low and behold it's spraying out water onto the back of the engine, and dribbling down the road.

Still, culprit found, and now, hopefully, repaired.

Time for a test drive. Especially now I've had the a/c re-gassed and is, QUITE cold.

There used to be a saying in the aviation industry (and there probably still is): "It's the extra tweak that can cause the leak". And how true that is! Hope you have it fixed now.

Wise words indeed.

As noted before, all my previous coolant loss issues have been clip related.
