6 speed gearbox

Hi All,
Sorry if this has been covered and i`ve missed it, how much oil does the 6 speed gearbox hold and what oil is it, i`ve had both driveshafts out and the box off the engine and lost oil in the process, so i`m going to drain and refill.

WIS states 2.4 lt when completely empty (after dismantling), or 2.2.lt when refilled.
Saab advises the use of MTF0063 fully synthetic oil (which is a Castrol 75W85).

However, I am using fully synthetic oil Redline MTL and the gear shifting  has greatly improved (especially when cold). I have also added some small quantity of Motorkote (an oil lubricant additive). No difficulty in shifting any more.
