Hi. I have a 93 TTiD 2008. On the headlights, as they wrap around the wing, it looks as though there are 3 LED's built into the headlight. Is this correct, and when are they supposed to come on? As mine don't seem to. (if they are there?!?).
Matt.

little strip of leds at the top of the headlight - they are sidelights. No others im afraid. Wouldn't mind adding some led daytime lights if anyone had a decent setup.

have you upgraded your bulbs (if you dont have xenon's) mine were really poor on std bulbs. Nightbreakers +100% make them just about normal.

Saabisti, mine has the Xenons. These 3 little openings are where the tip of the sidelight ends. I was at Concept Saab today in Sutton, and had a good look, ther're just blank behind. Wonder why they're there then? Strange...

Do the American spec cars have the side lights there? the ones that come on when you engage reverse?  The old Saabs had this.   Designed to illuminate the side of the car as you swing the front sideways when reversing.  Not fitted in Europe.
