Well i had the opportunity to shall we say open the taps today or should i say floodgates. Damn i knew it shifted coz i gave it the beans on the test drive but boy it never went like it did today. Seemed like I'd got to the best 3rd great speed then more right foot and more power/speed etc. I just love this car.

Do you know if yours Hirsched at all? A fair few were.

I keep considering a TTID just I've known of a few with the issue where they somehow get diesel into the engine oil, at the time I don't think Saab had a fix for it, but whatever you do make sure you check the oil level *weekly* and if the oil level starts to rise then get it looked at immediately. I did hear of one car that started to run by itself and caught fire as a result!

Often the Packs are listed in the front cover of the service book.

Don't need the Conv Plus pack, just the Conv pack if you have either the exec pack or prestige pack, as they both have the 'plus' bit of the Conv plus pack :-)

For some reason, my car also has the 3rd Centre rear head rest. the 18" alloys are gone though, or were deselected.
