what type of alarm do i have?

i have an 05 9-3 1.8 vector convertible.

it has a factory standard alarm fitted.

anyone know if the standard security fitted includes an immobiliser & if it's thatcham approved cat 1 or cat 2?

i need to know for getting renewal insurance quotes.

All modern Saabs comply with Thatcham Type 1.  Surely your insurer would know this?  It's not as if it's an option!!
