Dent repair kit - Lidl

I bought this kit a couple of years ago & it had been unopened since then.



Today I opened it & used it on one of a car doors which had the remains of a car park crease in it from a previous owner. Without any prior experience & just the viewing of one you tube video I had my first attempt

Now the Parkside kit simply uses a standard hot glue gun and a spreader bar, rather than a slide hammer, and of course the range of pieces is much smaller, but Pareto rules & I probably got over 80% of the result with 20% of the tools and 0% of the experience

You do a bit, make it better & then decide you can have another pull & improve more. Along the way I concluded that someone had done a repair from the back as I discovered I had to tap a high line back down. I also found that pulling of the bar, rather than relying on the spreader bar alone could be effective too
