Whistling Window

There is now a whistling noise between the window and seal on the drivers side window(06 , 9-3 sportswagen).This as just started lately the seal looks OK the window appears to raise fully both items have been thoroughly cleaned.This appears at about 70mph.Any ideas appreciated.

I've had similar on my old 9-5. I think the seal is forced out slightly when the window is run up to the limit. It seems better if I crack the window down just enough to release this pressure, but for it still to be closed - a very quick blip on the button is enough.
