Honestly, this car!!!  ::)

Got back to the car at work the other day to see a message on the SiD to say the alarm had been triggered during the day.

This afternoon, the alarm just started going off on the drive!!!

I'll have to dig out the Op-Com again to see what might be causing it!!

Does Op-Com identify the actual sensor that has triggered it?  I have found this option on Tech2.  It will give the last 8 (or 10??) reasons for triggering.

I went to do something similar this week and my Tech2 won't connect.... :(

Well Op-Com did suggest it was showing an open circuit on one of the rear door locks before, but I thought Bagnals had fixed that, so I'll have to give it another go and see what appears!!!

When I had a series of false alarms, I found that I had opened the boot unintentionally. The button was pressed by other stuff in my pocket when I sat down.  It seems that this was happening regularly, but the alarm only went off if it was windy enough for the boot lid to wobble.  The Tech 2 identified the source and it brought forward the decision to get a new key case!
