I have a 93 aero coupe,from cold when the car goes over a bump or brakes there seems to be a crack sound coming from the right hand side of the windsreen,when warm the sound disappears,any thoughts,thanks

Check the bulkhead. It may have cracked.
When the car is stationary, try turning the steering wheel. See if the pedals move. If they do, it's likely that the bulkhead has cracked.
I've never owned a Classic 9-3. So I can't describe the failure accurately.
