Aerial lead

I want to install a CD autochanger in the boot of my ''new'' Aero Estate. I have one that transmits on a radio frequency so all I need to do is cut into the aerial lead and tune it in. I know its not the perfect way of getting a CD autochanger in my car but I have this system already so all it will cost me is a few hours of my time.

Rather than thread the leads through the car I thought I would tap into the aerial in the rear if I could find it.

Had a look and its not obvious where it is. Where should I be looking and is it inside a loom?

Also is there any handy +12v that stays live without the ignition on in the rear of the car I could tap into?

If the REC is anything like the 9-3, there will be a nice big fat red 12V supply wire there somewhere. (fuse essential of course, but you knew that didn't you Steve?)

There are at least a couple of power sources in the boot.

The CD connector on the left, behind the trim.  Double connector, maybe tucked up at the top over the wheel  arch.  It used to be left on the floor behind the small cut-out in the trim, but it got wet, so later models had it looped back and taped to the loom.

There's the towbar.

Aerial comes from the rear right hand side window to a green amp in the roof.
