Be careful.  I have tried to update mine.  And I've tried copying mine for others.  Nothing seems to work at the moment other than a genuine one which is very expensive, if it's actually obtainable.

If you try one and it doesn't work, the touch screen freezes and you can't get to the button that opens the front to get the dud disc out!!

I've been looking at the Aisin Warner discs that Toyota and Lexus use, but I haven't found one to try yet.  Look at the AW part number on the disc.  The Lexus/Toyota ones are very similar.  It's tempting, but still around £120 a disc.

I've actually found the 2008 disk isn't that outdated - are you in a 9-3 or 9-5?

If you are looking for an actual new address and have a smartphone with Google maps (and GPS)  - then using up your mobile allowance that way is a good cost option

BEWARE!    satnavdvd.co.uk

I purchased a disc from this site - wish I hadn't.

This DVD does not work in my 2008 Saab 9-5. Asked for replacement disc to be sent but seller putting loads of obstacles in my way - wants me to upload a video of the disc not working and then suggested uploading to youtube. I just want to send him the duff disc and get a replacement sent back to me. Beware if you buy a disc and it is faulty

The site says

Warranty
We only use AAA Grade Professional discs for our Navigation updates so beware of the inferior discs that other websites might use. We also offer a full 12 month replacement warranty so if your disc will fail within this time for any reason we will replace it for FREE.
Your satisfaction is our priority!

Please check our excellent customers feedback for every disc we sell!
