Laptop touchpad won't click!!!

I've been very happy with my Acer Aspire 5 laptop.

This afternoon though, the left click function on the touchpad seems to have started failing, and the touchpad doesn't want to click very well any more.  Moving the mouse round is still fine.

Is this sort of thing easy/cheap to fix?

It depends

I would generally get a used trackpad & strip / replace as required.

This looks like the trackpad might be integral with the cover, whick might mean more work...
