Another worry. The aircon is noisy...

... and this weekend the temperature at IntSaab in Luzern is going up to 34ºC :(

Totally confused now.  The noise has stopped.  eSID tells me that the AC pressure is OK.  ±14 bar(?) can't remember the units...

I will use it sparingly.

 It’s been quiet all day, but only short trips. Another short trip tomorrow, then a day off when we go into Munich by train. Bur a long drive across to France on Saturday.

I've genuinely had that fix, once in the old saloon and once in the estate, i.e. strange rattle, whacked the fans onto full and it cleared it.

Back home! :)

Aircon seems to have fixed itself, but the screen washers have stopped working properly.  When operated, the left jets have no flow, the centre jets reach about 6 inches up the screen and the right jets barely reah the screen.  Happened suddenly; OK one day, broken the next.  Fluid level is fine.

Motor about to expire
High resistance wire to pump or earth

It's probably the leaf that has found its way into the washer pipes  ;D

I’ll have to methodically go through it to fix it.  After working with water and pumps for my whole career, I will be disappointed if I can’t. :)

It was so hot for the last week, maybe something melted…

On the plus side, the new coolant tank and small pipes seem to have fixed the coolant loss.
